This is a nice touch to a piece of altered art; the authentic appeal of the original tape measure is charming.
I like that its super stiff (starched). I can pleat it, bend it, or just use it straight... but either way - it gives a cool rustic, vintage appeal to my layouts. It's great for layouts about school, sewing, new homes/building, and so much more! Adds tons of texture and dimension to everything. YUM.

It's really to stiff to use as a "ribbon" - it would be difficult to tie into a bow. It's great for decorating with - but it would be better if it had an adhesive backing.
Cute idea for manly pages, or others. A bit pricey, but still cute!
