I really like the look of plaid backgrounds but I can’t always find the colors to match my project and I’m not that great at linning Up a bunch of lined images to get a good result. My pattern is always off or something goes wrong. I love that the thin lined stamps are all one stamp so I don’t have to try and line them up perfectly. If you like gingham or plaid patterns this is a great stamp to have, I wish it came in. 5 x7 Stamp .
I was excited to see this because of the "line" stamp so you can make a plaid. I have the Stampin' Up buffalo plaid stamp already, but thought I'd get this one and hoped it would work better. With the Stamping' Up stamp, I have to ink it at least 3 times to get full coverage on my paper. With this one, I've inked it 8 times and still can't get decent coverage. It looks more like distress. I'm quite disappointed in it.
Saw Jennifer McGuire’s video with this background stamp and knew I had to have it! Love the look of just the check pattern and also adding the lines to create the plaid look. Just so much fun to play with. Also when I bought this it was on sale. Win win for me!
LOVE this set of stamps! But be really careful when you attach to plastic after using- do NOT put on the side that has the black ink grid!! It will come off on your stamp! This is really pretty stamping on colored card stock. (Like orange on yellow paper)
I love this background stamp. Plaid is popular this year and I can create my own pattern. Quality is good and shipped very quickly.
How fun is this. With plaid and buffalo check all the rage it will be perfect!
It makes crisp lines that when stamped looks almost velvety, I love it.
