Two of my sons have given me six grandchildren (and one son that hasn't started giving me any yet). I ordered six two years ago, one for each. Now that we have started a new year and the first six are full, I had to order six more. I went with Doodlebug again because of the quality and the absolutely beautiful colors, even the neutral gray. Love all six!!
Solidly built albums with nice details, like stitching and metal labels on the outside. Want to purchase more, but they are out of stock. Hope they come back!

What are the measurements of the album? Do the 12x12 insert pages stick out of the edges at all?

the width of the front and back cover is 15 1/4 inches and the height is 13 1/4. no the pages do not stick out at all the 12 by 12 pages!! when you open the book there is a little more then 1/4 inch all around and when you close the book no the pages do not stick out! I love these books I am making each of the grand kids a book if I had my way this is the only book I will buy!

I have 34 pages in mine and it's the same width on both sides. You could fit more but then the opening side would be wider than the binding. I don't have a picture but the d-rings are curved on the left side and straight on the right. They're very sturdy. I'm very happy with the album.
