This is a small doily, exactly as it appears in the picture. A previous reviewer stated that the die cuts a hole out of the middle of the doily, but this is not accurate and they clearly did not use the die before writing their review. The die does look like a metal ring, but that's because only the outside of the die has cut outs. This die is exactly as advertised and it's exactly what I was looking for. I only wish they had a few other doily designs and slightly larger sizes.
I really love this little die. It is small, but not too small- Just the right size to add a little 'something' to my layouts. I use this die in several ways- in cards, in my traveler's notebooks and in my project life journaling cards. I really love the size of it. It fits into so many projects. I also love how clean and classic it looks. The die looks exactly as it appears here in the picture. What a fantastic little doily. So beautiful.
This die cuts out a beautiful doily. I do have to run it through my Sizzix a couple of times, and rubbing the die with an unused dryer sheet helps in the release. I am very pleased with my purchase.
I was very disappointed in this Die when delivered ! , I though it was a doily and it's more like a wreath ! there's NO center in it ! it don't look anything like the picture on the package ?! I bought it for a Doily I'm making my Nieces Wedding Invitations and needed a second die and this is not going to work! This is the first time I was not happy with something I have ordered from companies with Scrapbook .com !
