I prefer this punch for larger circles, as it is easy to use.
No struggling utilizing this punch. My 3 year old grandson likes to use this punch.

I first tested it on a thin note paper, and it didn't work too well (almost didn't cut, fuzzy edges). It works much better on cardstock/thicker paper. I prefer the We R Memory Keepers circle punches.
I love EK Success and I have many of their punches. They Store fantastic together and taking up little space. They are strong, very sturdy, cut wonderfully and the shape is useful and versatile. I use this size (2 inches) for many projects and my favorite is to have a simple clear stamp, cut to a circle using this punch. Fantastic punch, I highly recommend it.

I have learned that I love certain shapes of Epherma - specifically, stars, circles, and hearts. I have the We R Memory keepers sets, that go up to 1 1/2 inches. I do a lot of pocket pages, so I have EK Success punches in 2 and 2.5 inches.
The benefit of these punches is they collapse nicely for storage without taking up too much room. I have a die cutting machine, and basic shapes like circles and ovals, but I find myself defaulting to punches as they are easy to pull out, use, and put away.
