The SureCut Card Making Paper Trimmer by Fiskars is compact, portable and specifically designed for card makers. The trimmer has a wire cut-line to indicate exactly where the blade will cut. The TripleTrack System locks the blade and rail for precise, straight cuts every time. The high-profile blade carriage is easy to grip and ergonomically designed. The scale and 1/16" grid lines ensure cutting accuracy and are printed from underneath to last. The wide 5 1/2" base is perfectly sized for cutting 11" paper into cards. The trimmer has built-in 3-ring binder holes, an integrated smudge guard, and rubberized feet. It can cut up to seven sheets of paper at once. This trimmer works with TripleTrack blades Style I and has a 9" cut length.
I have a large Fiskars paper trimmer but it was a nuisance to take with me to card making clubs and classes. I purchased the 9 inch specifically for travel. I love the way it fits very conveniently into my "go" bag and does not take up too much room at a crowded craft table. It is a good product for what I needed.
I have the larger version of this and fell in love with it. I find this size so much easier to take with me and perfect for card making. This is my go-to cutter.
I have been testing a variety of smaller portable paper cutters and found this one to be by far my favorite. The cutting line is very well defined and accurate. The blade does not hang up on the paper being cut. I am very happy with this product and am so glad that I ordered it.
The Cutter is functional, I thought I had ordered a 9" Guiilotine Cutter, but received a 12 inch non Guillotine.
Probably my mistake.
It cuts well and is easy to use,
I use this for scrapbooking and card making. It cuts very well through cardstock, paper, photo paper, ect. I love that I can tell EXACTLY where I'm cutting. Lightweight and doesn't take up much room.
