If you love the look of Water Lilies, you will love this seven piece thin metal die set from Hero Arts. This die set features a lily pad, flower buds, water lily flowers, and a dragonfly. These dies are designed to both cut and emboss your paper. These dies are compatible with leading die cutting machines (sold separately). These dies can be used to make cards, slimline cards, scrapbook pages, tags, journals, planners, and other paper crafting and mixed media projects. The open flower die measures 2" x 4", the leaf stem measures 2" x 4", and the lily pad measures 1.75" x 1.25".
I recently purchased the Hero Arts Lotus Dies, and I was surprised to see that in the flower some of the petals are partially cut so that after coloring you can push them out to make a 3D type flower design with it! I just cut out the pieces, and have not colored it yet, but I know it will make a beautiful card! The shipping is fast, and reasonable, as all the stamping/die companies have increased their prices - Scrapbook is still about the cheapest price for shipping around. And customer service is AWESOME! IVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED! But this is a beautiful die set!
