Adhere paper, cardboard, photos and more with the UHU Stic Magic Blue. This non-toxic, acid-free, washable adhesive rubs on smoothly with no clumps. The blue color allows you to see exactly where it was applied, and then it dries clear. It forms a strong bond with a single stroke. The tube holds 0.74 ounces of adhesive.
I always have a uhu glue stick on hand... and yes, I really have UHU brand and none other. I love that it's colored so you can see where it is and it doesn't warp the paper (provided that you don't use the whole stick on one piece of paper. LOL). Perfect for paper to paper adhering and the most reasonably priced adhesive out there by far for basic jobs. Love it... would never be without it!

I hadn't ever used this product before, after reading the reviews and since it was a good sale... I thought why not give this product a try. Well, so far I have used it to make greeting cards. And it works very well. I do notice though on some heavier type of card stock you want to make sure that there is enough glue on the piece before sticking it down. I bought 3 of these. And I'm sure once I run out I will be back for more! :)
I have found this adhesive to work wonders (where others fail) for adding paper to chipboard! WOW! It is easy to apply and with a little pressure from a bone folder ~ smooths out perfectly. It can be a bit messy but to keep that from being too much of a problem I use old magazines... apply glue stick to project and then turn the page of the magazine for the next project and no mess! I keep these glue sticks all over the scrap room and my scrap bags. It's kinda like chap stick! I've gotta have it around at all scrap times!

This glu stick works for me because wet glue rumples my paper. This is also a color so I can be sure where I rolled the glue and where I haven't. I can work faster making my little books with very small picture and very small typed words.
I use the smaller sized glue sticks for my classes but I love this size for me, covers more so faster to apply any extra paper objects.
Very happy to have found the UHU glue sticks!! I have had a hard time finding them. I love that they show color so I can see where the glue is going!!!
I love the UHU stick, especially since it goes on with a color that disappears after it dries. I know exactly where I've applied glue.

Glue is Blue-if you leave top off the glue turn clear, put the cap back on and it's Blue again. MAGIC!!!!. Very strong glue. paper sticks together and you have a min to adjust the cardstock.
Again I purchased some Martha Stewart glue sticks after purchasing this one and I prefer them over this one. The glue in the UHU stick spreads out over the material you are trying to put it on and there is some clean up to do whereas with the
Martha Stewart one it was very clean and it also stuck better.
Some of the items I glued with the UHU stick had to be reglued later. Pat B

Is this really the version the goes on purple and dries clear? As far as I know, UHU went to a blue version and stopped production of the purple. Please let me know and I'll buy a ton.
