Would this work well for using Deco Foil on stamped images? Is it like the single Zig glue pens?

Zig has 3 sizes of glue pens. Tiny, medium and large. The medium is the one I see in the picture. This stuff is sticky! I do not use deco foil, but I would guess it would work just fine. I use Zig glue pens all the time. I cannot craft without them.
