This Cloud 9 Metallic Interference Ink, Sweet Treat Shimmer is from Lisa Horton Crafts. This ink is a highly pigmented dye and pigment ink. This is a metallic, shimmery ink pad with an interference color. This ink is perfect for faux bleaching techniques. This ink is also perfect for use with stencils, blending, and stamping. This ink will change color on different colors of cardstock, which is the "interference color" this ink pad produces.
I bought this as a curiosity to just see the interference effect.
Frankly, I am not getting good registration on dark paper by stamping one time with a block. However, swinked on the color and irridescence are impressive.
I found it added interesting highlights brushed and blended into a stenciled piece and used as an accent.
I couldn't believe how beautiful this ink is. The way the light makes the color change is stunning..
These ink pads are great. I got a few of them and they are all spectacular. They stamp beautifully and shimmer and shine.
