    Makes Beautiful Embellishments

    I like buying elements type paper so that I can fussy-cut my own embellishments as a way to save money versus buying die-cuts. I have not found a paper of higher quality than Mintay (although 49 and Market is a close second.) These are just beautiful and Mintay is my favorite brand to fussy-cut.
