Hello, these water gems are a watercolor powder filled with sparkle, they are not a paste-like Cloud Whip. They can be used in a variety of ways and you could use them with stencils it would just have a different effect. They can be mixed with water for painting. You can also wet your paper and sprinkle the powder to make backgrounds. You can also sprinkle them on dry paper and spritz them with water.

These remind me of the former Radiant Pearls (Angel wings industry) from 20-30 years ago. Do they have mica in them or is it more like glitter to allow the shine?
