I’m sure I will love the Penny Black stamp set. Unfortunately it has not yet arrived. It was originally scheduled to arrive on aug 6…. Apparently stuck in Atlanta Processing Post Office, since August 2. There is no further shipping notification of its location. Just reports that it will be ‘late’.
