    I’m struggling a bit

    I bought this set minus the foil plate, cos I don’t foil, but I love anything folk art. My problem is if you stamp first - which you kinda have to as this is a red rubber and you can’t see through to align, then your ink covers the lines when you use the stencils. Especially if say oxides or other opaque-ish ink/paint. So I then had to back in and re do the lines with a liner pen, which is fine (kinda takes time though ) but means I can only stamp in my fine liner colours of ink. Zero tutorials using the stamp out there all using foiling and the only Pink fresh tutorial for stencil uses clear stamps, so I’m kinda disappointed and really glad I didn’t buy more than one set, I nearly did and this was a pricey bundle. UPDATE; okay I have had a really good play with these and made some lovely cards, so I’m upping my stars but my criticism stands -can’t use opaque and no tutorial for rubber stamps!
