Picket Fence Studios - Dies - Cherry Blossoms Cover Plate

This gorgeous A2 Cherry Blossoms Cover Plate is designed by Nichole Petersen for Picket Fence Studios. This die fits an A2 size card and features a diamond inlaid pattern between two rows of beautiful cherry blossoms. This die also has a frame around it. This die is compatible with leading die cutting machines (sold separately). This die can be used as-is for a cover plate or it can be used in sections to create different projects. This die measures 4.25" x 5.5".

  I am really happy with this die and glad I got it. I used it in my Vagabond2 with the Magic Mat and it cut beautifully. Cherry blossoms are a favorite of mine, so this compliments my other cherry blossom themed stamps and dies. Great for spring or any occasion cards.

  So Pretty

  This is such a pretty die and I'm so glad I bought it. Twice, it was out of stock and when it came in, I snapped it up. It's a lovely design with motion and life to it. I could cut the flowers off the top and use the image like that, or cut both sets of flowers off and layer them onto a card. I probably still could use the center part for an accent on a card. I like this die very much. We're only limited by the scope of our imaginations. I think I will be using my, "pokey tool" (craft pick) on this die, for poking out the waste out of the center holes, but that's no big deal.

  The middle portion between the flowers, doesn’t cut out well. Is there a trick to die cut better? Do like the look of the die, if only it would cut thru better.

  As a beginner - No instructions to guide me!!!

  Before you even take off the first cover plate from your die machine, most of the paper pieces of the 'cherry blossoms' are falling all over the place!! And for some reason, I cannot click on the sample cards that others have made using this die - so I'm unsure how this die is to be used!! None of the tiny middle diamond shapes even showed up on the copy of this die, and I even used cheap card stock so as not to waste my good cardstock!!! This was not a 'cheap' or 'inexpensive' die!! Does anyone man the phones at Scrapbook.com so I can place a call to them to find out why I cannot remove items from my cart that are now sold out??! Please, help?!!!
