While I'm not new to card marking, I'm relatively new to the world of using embossing powders. I have to say, the idea of using a heat gun to my projects had me a little freaked out, but, nothing ventured, nothing gained, so I decided to try it. On my first attempt, I was a wuzz and used the low heat setting on my heat gun, so the powder didn't melt. It wasn't until I cranked that puppy up to the high setting that the magic began. This Ranger Black Sparkle embossing powder is so beautiful after it heat sets! Even for a rookie like me, it melted evenly without any bubbling. I'm so happy with the results! Would definitely recommend!
This is so pretty. Adds just the right amount of sparkle to any project. Easy to use and has great details for those intricate stamps. So Pretty. I will defiantly be keeping this product on hand.

This worked out alright for me; It did not set quite as hard as I liked but it is a beautiful sparkly shine when finished.
