Love this product. I can be more creative because the acohol inks perform better on the glossy service.Even when you stamp and color on it you still have the crisp image. Love to just mix colors and technigues to make later into cards or parts of cards. When ever I am in the mood I create a quick background and then come back and embellish t.
I love that the cardstock is the perfect size for A2 cards. The alcohol ink shows up vibrant on this cardstock.

Good stuff but not quite as thick as I was hoping!
This cardstock is great - can't get enough - works wonderfully with the tim holtz distress oxide inks - just need more time to keep playing!
Paper is great, just wish it came bigger so I could make it the size I want.
I created 9 different backgrounds using this cardstock, and the alcohol inks did very well with it. I tried direct adding inks and also using a blending tool with felt. Both methods worked very well.
Wanted a cardstock that I could use alcohol inks on and then heat emboss. Alcohol works well, haven't tried the heat emboss yet.

What is the difference between Adirondack and yupo paper?

Great question! The Adirondack Alcohol Ink Cardstock has a gloss finish on front and a matte finish on the back. Yupo paper is not really paper at all. Well, at least not traditional paper. It is a synthetic/plastic "paper" that can be cut but not torn. It does not absorb ink but rather alcohol inks sit on the surface. Hope this helps to explain the differences!

Adirondack Alcohol Ink paper is a glossy, coated paper. Alcohol Ink Yupo paper is a synthetic, smooth surface (technically not paper since it is synthetic and not made from wood pulp). The Alcohol Ink reacts and moves differently on each type of surface.
