Give papercraft projects a vintage, stained or aged effect with the Victorian Velvet Distress Ink Pad by Tim Holtz for Ranger Ink. This water-based dye ink is acid-free and non-toxic, and resists fading. The 2" x 2" raised felt pad is easy to use for direct-to-paper techniques. Refresh the ink pad with a 0.5 oz. re-inker (sold separately).
Hard to get any more rose pink then this. Not light pink. And not bubble gum. A victorian rose. It is very much a vintage color -- my great aunt had barrel chairs upholstery in this color from the late 40s. It's also a really common color for flowers when you don't want pastel or brights. This is one of the colors men will wear on occasion as a dress shirt to tie. Pink anything usually isn't my thing but I prefer this over pastel any day of the year.
The color is deep and vibrate and certainly lives up to the Ranger standard I expect. It is not only Victorian, but is great for those deep spring color as well.

Perfect for so many projects; my Ancestry album and one featuring butterflies and flowers for the moment. May have to get a refill once I start on my granddaughter's album again!
Beautiful ink! I am super happy with this ink pad, it's the perfect colour for my craft projects. It can be hard to find the distress inks sometimes as most places are only carrying the distress oxides, so I was very pleased to get it.
I've used this to very lightly sponge around the perimeter of a card to add that little extra something. It can also be used to lightly sponge as background.
I'm collecting these distress inks in a variety of colors now!
Loveeeee Tim Holtz distress inks!! :) this to me is more of a shade of pink....personally I thought it would be more like a lavender....but it's all good :)
Love distress ink to use on many projects. The color is wonderful and blends well with other ink colors.
