I really like all the products that I have accumulated over the last few years.. When I heard of the latest edition of these three ink pads, I just HAD to have them. I knew better, but checked all the usual places but they were sold out. Then In checking Scrapbook.com the still had them in stock. These threee colors ripe persimmon is a very vibrant orange,fall like shade. The gathered twigs fits nice between walnut stain and vintage photo. Thenseedless preserves is a very rich purplelike Dusty Concord. These are a must have for stampers and paper crafters.
i have all the 36 ranger distress inks and was happy to add these three limited colors to my collection. the only problem i had was with the brown ink pad in the collection-the pad was not adhered well to the bottom of the container. when i flipped it over to ink up my stamp i felt like it was going to come off. the color was great, though.
I love the distress inks and these are three colors that fit in well.
The only disappointment is the decision to make reinkers unavailable. I would not recommend buying further into the custom series because of the reinker situation. I will be sad when these pads expire but I will not be able to replace them (limited edition) nor reink them. They are the best colors so that makes me sad. Oh well I will enjoy them while I can.
