You will conjure up so many creative options with the 4.25" x 5.5" Stitched Rectangles Die Set by Paper Rose. There are 11 thin metal dies included in the set that are compatible with most die cutting machines (sold separately).
I bought all the different shapes of these stitched layering dies (A2 size for the rectangles) from Paper Rose. They work perfectly (I use a Big Shot), had all the shapes I wanted, and were quite a bit more affordable than other stitched layering dies considering the count of each package. I compared several different brands, and these are, by far, the best bang for the buck. I got five different sets (circle, oval, square, rectangle, hexagon); they are worth it, and I recommend them.

I used them for photos and then matting the photos. Prefect clean cuts and uniformed. Didn’t need to measure. I love the way the page came out. I also bought the squares and circles.
I was using trimmer since it’s just a rectangle. Theses dies are so much better.
Very nice dies. Cuts cleanly but the metal is a bit thin...they do bend easily. As long as you're careful, they should be just fine.

This A2 layering die set is fabulous. I like the close layers and the stitch detail is a fabulous subtle touch for layers. The size is perfect for US A2 size cards. I was also really pleased with the great price point for a multiple die set like this. Great quality, cuts beautifully on first pass.

I'd been wanting a set of stitched rectangle dies for a while and these are great. They cut cleanly and the detail pops. I especially like the pricing for most of the Paper Rose products!
Great value in my opinion. You get a total of eleven dies. The biggest one of the eleven rectangles has a perfect size to frame your project. It adds interest to any card and makes it seemed put together. Love the stich on the edge of the frame.
I really like the variety I can choose when using these dies. Wonderful size choices and different ways to enclose a caption. Really good quality.

Does this set cut out a full stitched layer or just the stitched frame (hollow on inside)?

Can you please explain what is the difference between Paper Rose Stitched Rectangles - (4.25 x 5.5) and Paper Rose Stitched Rectangles - (A6)? I own the A6 and I wonder if I should buy the 4.25 x 5.5 Die Set. What is the difference in sizes between them? Thank you in advance!
