Are the paper rose double sided papers manufactured in the US?

I purchased Paper Rose Winter Blooms 6x6 paper and they are manufactured in Australia and they are double sided. Note: I would consider the paper to be cardstock as it is heavier then a paper would be. The color and the designs are excellent and I am more then happy with my purchase.
