This beautiful thick paper/cardstock just says "party!" The colors are bright and done in lovely watercolor tones. Very pretty!
At first glance, they look like balloons or bubbles. I see most people have used it, circles on the bottom. I’m going to try it, circles on top, to give the appearance of bubbles or balloons raining down.
There are so many color choices for accents.
This was perfect for my retirement party layout. Would be great for any party celebration.
This paper gives me the opportunity to explore various layouts, as I have a large family it tends to get “old” if I don’t explore
