      Yes. I have tested 65 lb and 100 lb card stock. Straight from the pad is worse than a stamped image though.

      Yes, they can be used with rubber stamps. Yes, they might stain rubber, but the stamps can be cleaned so that they do not transfer any color to your next project.       Yes, they can be used to transfer a stamper image to card stock. It is permanent ink.
