This package includes five tags made from a durable 110 lb stock that can be used with paints, inks, sprays, mists, glazes, crayons, and other crafting mediums (all sold separately), both wet and dry. There are 20 tags in this package and they measure 4.75" x 2.375". These tags have holes at the top so you can hang them with the product of your choice.   There is no need to reinforce these tags. They are made from sturdy paper. But not so sturdy that they will become thick if decorated.
