I like the size of this mat. there are lots of different ways to use. It will make making my cards easier.
This mat holds your paper and stencil in place and allows you to do your coloring easily - no slipping or sliding out of place! It is so much easier to use this sticky mat than needing a third arm to tape your paper and stencil in place! It is easier to use this mat to hold your paper and stencil in place than risking the tape coming off and all the pieces falling apart in the middle of your coloring! Love this sticky mat!
Seems great but have not had a chance to use it yet.
The GripMate 6.5x8.5 is the answer to my stamping challenges. The GripMate securely holds the card stock down in my stamping platform and it fits the Misti like it was made for it. I recommend this stamping aid.
This is great for holding paper and stencils in place in my Misti. I'm just having so much fun pulling out stencils from my collection and trying the layering stencils.
I haven't had a chance to use this for stamping yet, but it is very sticky and I think it will be so much better than the magnets in my Misti stamping platform!

The GripMate measures 6.5 inches x 8.5 inches with a 2mm thickness. If the stamping platform you have can accommodate this size, the GripMate should work for you.

About how many uses before the tackiness goes away? Is there a way to bring it back?

Hi! The number of uses will depend on how it is being used and the products it is being used with. Here are some tips to increase the longevity. When you are done using it, you can wipe away any ink or debris with a baby wipe, damp cloth or our crafty clean up cloths link. Replacing the plastic sheets on either side when storing will help to avoid getting unwanted particles getting stuck. The material itself is tacky so keeping it clean will keep it sicky.

Hi! It is suggested to just use cool water, simply wipe with a damp cloth or baby wipe. Do not use a Clorox wipe or any chemical that has alcohol because it will strip away the adhesive.
