Love this thing! I was fortunate enough to receive this as a free gift. How lucky was I. It stays in place, unlike my teflon craft sheet. That works too, but it slides around so easily, made stenciling more of a challenge. Cleans up easy also, so far, none of the inks that I use has stained it. I like having a clean background to work on so that I can see only the colors that I am using and not residue from previous projects, unlike the teflon sheet, which stains a bit. This mat is a must for card makers. It performs just like it says. It doesn’t slide on your desk but best of all your paper doesn’t move at all when stenciling or anything else you are doing. The size allows a stencil to overlap your card so the stencil stays in place too. I recommend it to every crafter.

I just used this mat for my Thanksgiving cards, and I am very pleased with it's performance so far! It not only helps grip your card stock, it held on to my ink pads so I could use my stencil tools without slipping!
Cleaning up was a breeze as it was easy to wipe down after inking! Joy to the World!
This works better than I even thought it would. Cardstock sticks to it making it easier to ink blend. Cleans up nicely too.

I wanted to give this product a try, mainly because of the size of the workspace. It does stay in place extremely well, but I find the work surface itself is a bit too tacky. I don't mean it's sticky, but a piece of paper, a die cut, etc., is difficult for me to pick up from the surface — items want to stay on the surface. Often I have to resort to using tweezers to pick items up. Part of the problem is the arthritis in my hands and fingers, but the clinginess of the silicone material itself adds to the problem. Maybe I'll get used to it as I use it more, but for now I prefer to work on my glass mat.
I like these mats and their size. I'm liking the sticky mats a lot and am glad to have this 2 pack of mats.

I have a glass mat which I love but It was sliding all over my desk every time I used it. This silicone mat is a perfect solution to the sliding! Now, I can fully concentrate on my project without having to chase it all over my desk.

This is my third Scrapbook.com silicone mat. I love using these while paper crafting. My project stays put and adhesive doesn’t stick to it. I have two of the 12x12 and one of the larger ones. I use them every day. A must have for my crafting.

Hello! Alcohol inks tend to stain many surfaces. However, if you clean up with a cleaning wipe right away it should pull up most of the ink.

Could you please explain the main differences between this new product and the Scrapbook.com non-stick silicone craft mat (19.5 � x 15.5 �)? I recently purchased the larger of the two and wanted to know why an additional, similar product was being released? Thank you!

The main difference is that the smaller size is sticky on both sides while the larger mat is sticky on just one side. Therefore, while the larger mat will grip to the table, objects on top of the mat will move around.

Will this mat hold the Spellbinders Platinum 6 die cutting machine in place while cutting dies? I'm looking for a solution because my die cut machine slips everywhere when I am cutting.

Hello, this mat can reduce how much the Platinum 6 may move around, we would still recommend placing your hand on the top of the machine while cranking it if possible.

I don't have your specific die cutting machine, but I put a plastic rectangle placemat under my Big Kick, and it really reduces the slipping around.
