I was expecting more of a Wow factor, but this is just thick cardstock; (but good quality), which I have plenty of in a larger size. I purchased in on sale so it wasn't too much of an investment, but I won't buy again. Also, it would be helpful if the description of the product specified A2 card size because an A2 paper size is much larger.
Where has this been all my life. I think I found my new love of cardstock. Made a card using marker, watercolor and colored pencils held up very well.

Exactly what I was looking for to create mixed media embellishments and die cutting. Thick, high quality cardstock with a nice smooth surface. Will be putting this on my regular on-hand supply list!
This set of black and white 4.25" x 5.5" mixed media paper pads are perfect to try. The weight is great for so many techniques. Planning to get the lager size as well.

Tried a white sheet yesterday with a stamp of flowers and leaves and cut it out on my die cutter. I ran thru a few times to make sure it was cut good. It did. This kind of viney stamp came out more sturdy for my card. I am happy I purchased these pads at a great price. Another great product!!
I received a pad of the 6 x 8 mixed media paper for free and I loved it. I immediately ordered a pad of the A2 in both white and black. If you are having trouble with spray mediums, then this is the paper for you. I was almost ready to give up on sprays and this product changed my mind. I highly recommend you give it a try.

It's ok but it's rather pricey. I get it that it's thick card stock for mixed media but some of the other less expensive brands where you actually get 20 sheets work well.

Would this paper work well for alcohol ink projects? Is it smooth and glossy kind of like photo paper?

It means the paper can be used with watercolors, ink, paint, etc. Also known as "mixed media." The paper is designed to acommodate some wet applications; as in watercolors. Also mediums like distress inks or distress oxides where you may apply the ink and then spritz with water. I hope that helps.

The true measurments for an A2 size is16.5 inches by 23.4 inches. Why is this stated as being A2 when it is 3 or 4 inches?

Hello, this is a great question. The A2 size 16.5" x 23.4" is the true size for A2 paper. What we sell on our website is A2 Card Size. For example, the front of an A2 card measures 4.25" x 5.5". This A2 paper is the perfect size for the front of an A2 Card.
