Can I use this with a big shout and just card making only? I don�t know how to �hot foil�

You can use it with an embossing mat to dry emboss. It is not designed to die cut. You might be able to get it to with a lot of extra pressure but I'd be worried about it hurting the plate or your machine. PinkFresh Studios and Spellbinders both have great videos on hot foiling on YouTube if you want more info!
