This package of 10 Die Storage Adapter Adhesive Strips is designed by Tim Holtz for Sizzix. These adhesive strips are designed to work with the Die Storage Binder (sold separately). These strips can be added to both embossing folder storage envelopes and die storage envelopes (sold separately) so that they will fit within the storage binder. This system is great for storing all your Thinlits, Framelits, and now embossing folder storage envelopes (all sold separately). Each strip measures 6.125" x 1.5".
These work well with the small binder and storage envelopes. Really good quality and easy to use. I would like to see them made for the larger 3-ring binder too. I could use the same type of storage system for all my embossing folders, dies and stamps.
I have purchased several packages of these strips without any problem. But I have not been so lucky with this last package. Several of the strips have simply pulled away from the folder I have attached them to. When I attach the strip to the folder I use my bone folder to adhere them together and like I said, no problems til now. I have ordered two more binders hoping that overcrowding is not the problem.
I am always looking for help in organizing all my papercraft supplies, and Tim Holtz has done it again! Being able to make plastic folders fit into a 3 ring binder is brilliant! Right now I am organizing my paper embellishments from their packaging into the folders and into albums! It is perfect and finally I can find just what I want! Wonderful!!
