Thank you Scrapbook.com. I received this free with my order and have already used it several times. The dies cut well off tape backed paper, which I find easier then adding adhesive once cut. Tip: I peel off the adhesive on the letters only and lightly pressed the whole the thing on to my paper. This helps keep the lettering straight and evenly spaced. I work one row at a time. Once all letters are in position, I press them again to make sure they are held tightly to my project.
I wanted this die as soon as I saw it - so versatile and you can use the 'holes' or the actual letters - the negative or the positive. I made two cards the day it arrived, and I haven't been disappointed.
Used in this project: Birthday card
this is a really versatile set of dies because you are able to use each die in two ways: negative and positive. There will be more of these being released and I plan on getting all of them when they are.
This die set provides two options for the text. The letters are large enough to work with and not too cumbersome. I'm enjoying this SO MUCH!
I like this set of word dies. I like the sentiments and the different font sizes of the wording. The varying font sizes lend life and action to the sentiments. The dies are plates with the lettering on them and they are very strong and well-made.
I'm very happy with this set of dies. Thank you, S.com!
The dies cut well and the sentiments are nice. However, it would be a better set if there were shadow dies to position what you cut out otherwise it is very hard to position them in a straight line or any kind of order. And it is also hard to keep up with the letters if you are cutting several of them out. I normally don't drag my die cut machine out to just cut one thing. I have lost the letters in my craft several times and had to re-cut. Maybe that's just me - the clumsy crafter.
This is a handy staple to have in the stash. You can get two cards from each die with both the positive and negative space.
I find using this set very satisfying.
This set contains only 7 separate dies, so it is easy to cut the entire phrase in one pass. The letters are separate, but easily aligned using the paper as a stencil, I am very happy with this die set.
