I recently fussy cut twenty giraffe heads for a Safari themed card and my hands were hurting from having to fussy cut them all out so I bought these to use for the rest of my cards. They are just perfect! I use to have Fiskars for sewing and the principle is the same behind both with a spring to assist the cutting process. I wouldn't trade these for anything. The tiny size is just perfect for being able to cut small jagged pieces and I find them much more useful than my big shears.

I received these just before heading out for a weekend crop. Since I had thrown them in on top of my catch-all bag I decided to reach for them first when I needed my paper snips. I never touched my other pairs of scissors all weekend (except my ribbon scissors, a different Tim Holtz pair.) I think I may need at least two more pair to replace other specifically designated scissors! Wish they came in different colors!
These scissors are very sharp and easy to use with the spring that came with them. I have not tried the additional spring. I love that they are sharp and thin bladed to it makes it easy to fussy cut.
I have a very small hand and these feel and fit so nice in my hand as I cut. I'm also losing some of the feeling in some of my fingers but I can still cut with these. Can't go wrong buying this pair and using them.
Love these snips! Makes precision cutting a breeze. Didn't know what I had been missing. I was hoping double sided "pop" tape wouldn't stick but it still does. I still love them!
I absolutely love this scissors. I have the majority of Tim Holtz’s Tonic scissors and they all are fantastic and have their own special qualities and uses.
So sharp and fine blades, great for fussy cutting. the spring is great.
These are great. They have a lock, a cap and an extra spring. They have sharp points for detail work. Ergonomic and light in your hands, good for lefties or righties.
This pair of scissors is great, smooth cutting, and so easy to use. I use them for fussy cutting, and they have become my favorite.

What is the size of the mini scissors? The video describes the small and larger scissors but not the mini ones. Thx

Yes, There is a cap that covers the blades when in the closed position.

I would suggest that you DO NOT use any scissor to cut dies apart as it will damage the scissor blade. Hero Arts offers a tool for this - Metal Snips #hro-ht201
