The lid is very fiddly it doesn't want to close. It's like the plastic deforms oit of shape so that it can't close. Just when I decide it's not going to close, it finally does.
I like having the 5x7 cases to store die cut pieces and opened packages of ephemera. With the case I can keep track of where I've stored it

I have embellishments floating all over my craft room, and was looking for something to hold/sort them and store in my cart for easy access. I bought 2 of these, and they work just as I hoped for. I really like the lids on these, as I have a tendency to knock things off my table, and now I don't have to pick everything up.

The problem with these boxes is that they are addictive. I've found so many ways beyond photos in which to use them. They can be used for embellishments, stickers, washi tape, markers and smaller items that just seem to accumulate over time. They're currently being used for photos but I have plans for future orders.

These boxes are great for so may items and they are the perfect size to organize projects. I use one 5x7 box for pictures, one for stamps that I plan to use for the project, one for stickers etc. if the box isn't full with the 5x7's I fill in the rest of the space with ink pads, washi tape brads and anything else that will fit!

As someone with a lot of different paper crafting interests (planning, art journaling, snail mail, memory keeping, etc.), I love that this box has just enough space to hold the essentials for a single project. I'm keeping all my Snail Mail supplies in one and it's perfect! I also love that I can switch out the inner containers with the ones in the 16 box set. It's versatile, and reduced clutter in my craft space!

I wasn't sure what I was going to use this for but as it turns out, it's full!
The larger box is good quality plastic and looks like it will stand up to use. The smaller 5x7 boxes hold quite a bit of "stuff" that used to live in baskets and bins from the dollar store that got tipped over regularly. Now they are grab and go for remote crafting and organized in my craft space. The video was helpful in making the decision to purchase this item.

Love this. Plan to sort photos to include school 5 x 7s. To prep for my family each person album. Note. Might just be me but as states 7 piece. They count the box itself as a piece. I was thinking it had 7 of the 5 x 7 cases but it does not

I've been using basically a shoebox and handmade cardstock dividers for my photos for years. But now I've upgraded to this clean and classy storage box and can access my photos easily and more efficiently!

I really enjoy organization that works and these 5x7 storage boxes work for me! I was able to figure out how to modify my IKEA Kallax drawer installation so that the cases would fit (they were to high until I make a simple alteration on the drawer install. I can fit 12 of the 5x7 boxes in a drawer. I use these to store dies, stamps, ephemera, pens, pencils, so much stuff! I recently bought a labeler and now will be labeling the tops so that when I open the drawer I can see what is where. I have a picture of the boxes in my Kallax drawer but not sure how to post. I hope these come back in stock soon!

I bought 2 of these boxes to put my ephemera pieces into them so I have them in one spot. Well I ordered 2 more cause I did not realized I had more than what I had. They work great for them.

Hi, the inside containers for this are listed as "5 x7" but I'm curious if they will actually hold something that measures 5x7 such as a picture or a 5x7 card?

Yes, depending on the size of the folders and dies. The individual boxes measure approximately 4 X 6 X 2 inches.
How many markers pens can fit in one of the cases? Whats are the dimensions of the inside cases?
