      Hi MINC Toner Sheets are sheets of paper or cardstock that already have designs printed on them using a special toner ink. For this product, they are solid black. With a pair of scissors, punches, dies, or an electronic cutting machine, you can cut these toner sheets into any shape you desire. Once you've crafted your shape, simply layer your cut shape with heat-reactive foil (sold separately) inside a transfer sheet, and run it through your We R Makers MINC machine to create professional-quality foil effects.       Hello, these are toner sheets to be used with hot foil machines like the We R Makers Minc, or the Gina K Fuse. These sheets are already coated with Toner a dry powder used in laser printers.
