It is pretty good.
The magnets hold the top and bottom together on either side of the paper but if you're not careful your paper can move. It works best with a foam mat so the tool goes all the way through. It cuts pretty clean.
I definately found it easier to use the little sticky end bits on the ribbon to thread it through (a few come with it).
I think I'll get another design....

I purchased two of these tool and sencil and I like the efects it makes on the page. I wanted to use them on every page I made yesterday but I had to resist. I might have to got on of the other ones.

The pack looks good. I still haven't had time to try it but I am sure it will be fun and easy to decorate card.
This makes using ribbon so much easier not to mention I don't feel like I am wasting so much ribbon. The punch does require some force but the result is worth it!
This is a wonderful tool. Make sure you use a sturdy table when you punch... NOT a card table or wobbly table because you push hard. Easy to use. Very sharp... keep away from children. Get one!!!
VERY VERY VERY!!!! EASY!!!! anyone can use this product. the punch though is really sharp so you have to have the case for the sew ribbon stencil and punch.
