Slice vs Slice Elite

We bought a slice last fall and my wife loves it but the detail and corner cuts can get a little wonky looking. I understand the Slice Elite doesn't do this. Can anyone tell me if they think the Elite is that much better? Are there other benefits or differences between them?

I've been wondering the same thing for awhile. I've had the regular Slice for years and it seems to still do what I need it to do. I have learned that I always have to use it plugged in and it does start making wonky cuts if I've used it too long in one session. It's like it gets too warm. So, my suggestion for the wonky corners would be to plug it in

When the slice machine went on sale for 20.00 I got two of them and I dont really see any difference.

Mine also does better if it is plugged in so I use it plugged in which is no problem for me.

I feel like my Elite cuts better than my regular slice. I am not sure if it is enough difference to HAVE to upgrade...but I like the Elite better all in all.
