Crackling Medium?

Does anyone know where the crackling medium is at Joann's or Michaels? I have been up and down the isles and I can't find it. Thank you in advance I really appreciate it!

IN Micheals it's by the unfinished wooden items & Glass painting stuff( IN mine).

Joann's - it should be by the Same stuff- or it is in mine.

I think they should set all store up the same way......Wal-marts too!

It is cheaper at Walmart in the Paint section the Folk Art brand is the best

I saw an article in Creating Keepsakes the issue I got last week about using this...I too am going to check it out..

It's in the michaels section near the paints. Large bottle is about $5. I used it on my last scrap pack challenge #8. It's SOOOOO cool to work with - I loved it (and it dries really quickly - I was kind of surprised at how easy it was!

I prefer the Delta brand myself. LOL!! It is usually near the acrylic paints and such.

I just used some on a recent lo. I used the folk art brand and I love it! I will def use it again!

Me and My Boys

I used it on the blue square behind "me" and the "boys" block!
TFL!

I got mine at Hobby Lobby by the other acrylic paints!

When I got my Slab V there are pages in there that have tha crackled effect to them

I have used it when altering metals, and also I have made my own crackle paper using it.

Have you considered using a crackle stamp? I got one from the angel company and it works great. My paper looks crackled and no mess or drying time.

I picked the Folk Art and Delta Ceramcoat Crackles...according the one of the magazines I read recently, each crack differently...needed to see if they were right. Also picked up some Delta Cermcoat Sparkle Glaze (gives a clear, indescent sparkle).

This is a really cute lo! I had never thought about using crackle paint on a layout - what a neat idea!
