Stamp is from Stampington. Background was stamped then image was stamped again and torn then mounted on dk. blue cardstock and pop-dotted to the cover. Ribbon is tied around the popped piece. There is also ribbon coming out of the bottom, which cannot be seen in the scan. Golden flower is a flower washer from Jest Charming and attached w/brad.
