This is terrific! I like that you have a picture of you working on the scrabble words for the 2nd picture. Love the scripture here, I know all about having a 'thorm in the flesh'! Besides having some physical problems, I worry about getting Alzheimer’s - so I do the crossword puzzle out of the newspaper - every day (but Sunday) to keep my mind going strong. I even did a layout of this a while back. I called it Brain Food!! Anyway, the page is great! And your journaing is very touching!
This is the layout for the Scrapbook day 2009 "all day" challenge. my journaling reads, Ever since ive been a child, verbal communication for me has been quite difficult. Many times when im in the middle of a conversation I have to stop and think of the words to I want to say (they don’t flow naturally for me like a normal person would). Its just something ive learned to live with and accept. Everyone has their challenges in life. Even the Apostle Paul asked God to take away his weakness… To keep me from becoming conceited … there was given me a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me.” Paul asked God to take it away from him… 9But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." … 10That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, … For when I am weak, then I am strong. 2 corin 12: 7 – 10
Can you find my *words* in my “scribble scrabble”?
This was a tough one... more so the emotion than the design. Its something thats been a burden to me all my life but im living with it. this is me. :)
