my goodness! this page is fantastic!! oh its so smart!! love the picture and I love the journaling really puts a great spin on this and black was an excellent choice!!
OMG. I could have written exactly the same thing (except I have ten more years on mine). I can thank my Mom every day for all that she taught me to do with these hands. Funny, now my grandkids will pick and pull at the "old skin" on my hands the same way I did to my Mom. I just tell them they are hard-working hands, and I don't think that's a bad lesson at all. Love your layout. Brought back memories.
Wow, what a great idea for a lo!! I feel a scrap-lift coming on!! great job, and I must say that my hands aren't in much better shape!! to many crafty hours..... wtg :)
Capable Hands - When I was a little girl, I marveled at my Mother's hands. They were not pretty. In fact, they were brown and veiny; they were short and stubby. They were wonderfully capable, though, and she could create amazing things with her hands. It was from her that I received my love of crafting. At 48, I now have my mother's hands. Will my children look at my hands in wonder someday?
