use colors tan & blue, white space, 2 staples, and a photo with more than 1 person in it, and some scrappy packaging.
I went crazy misting on kraft cardstock. This layout is about my son saying goodbye to his older sister on her first day of Kindergarten. Their 11months apart in age, so this was really hard on him.
