This is absolutely fantastic, Marlene. Every element is incredible - the stamped background, the painted ghost letters, the "relax & breathe," overall design... And of course, I particularly LOVE the descriptive journaling. Marvelous job!

Looking at this page, I feel just the opposite. I love all the work you put into it--painting the ghost letters, strategically placing the staples so the letters look like they have shine spots, and making your own bg pp (that is one stamp to have handy!). I love the journaling! I'm raging over this lo, Marlene!
