This is a lo I did for the March Baby Challenge (scrap pics of a baby - under 2yo) and for a challenge on another site that required using ONLY bright green, bright yellow, and aqua..no neutrals or other colors!
I used yellow Galaxy Markers and Slick Writers to change the color of the pearls I added to the butterfly and to the the "beach", the white exclamation mark, and the metal castle embellie. I used a yellow souffle pen tocolor the white dots on the alpha stickers I used for her name and to trace the title and the scallops on the title strip. I wanted a blingy flourish trail for the butterfly, but didn't have one in the colors I needed, so I used a piece of tracing paper over one I had and I used a marker to mark where each "bling" would go. Then I used my anywhere punch and punched the holes so that I now had a template to use to make my own blingy flourish. I layed the template on my lo and used a blue marker to mark each spot, then applied a piece of bling to each marked spot.
For the 'frames' on theh pics, I applied terrifically tacky tape around the pics...overlapped the two pics..then adhered some Dew Drops (blue, green and yellow) randomly, then applied some beads, then filled in the rest of the spaces with micro beads.
