A day last July it went up to 101 degrees here in Syracuse- tying a record here. We had a brownout for about 4 hours...no electricty, no air conditioning...ugh! I packed up the kid and dog and went down the street to my mother's house- she had power. Still dont' understand what happened there. Jerry and I slept on the floor in the living room on our futon mattress!!!
