The British Isles only has 59 native species of butterflies, and six of those can be found around the lake where I work at an adult hospice. There is so much beauty in the surroundings that I have started to take my camera every day to record the wildlife, and - at the encouragement of friends on this site - I am making a few layouts which will eventually go into an album for patients, visitors, staff - and anyone who wants to look at it! I hope the string caterpillars in the corner do look just a little like caterpillars!!
