The binder cover for the Cadette/Senior/Ambassador leader, Meghan (my sister) and her assisstant Jennifer. I had to combine three troops onto one page since we have so few older girls they're all in one troop.
The journaling on the side is the rally chant my sister has her troop do before every meeting. It's from the Dropkick Murphy song "Roll Call" and it says:

The scent of a battle is near.
