Wow, everything you touch turns to gold! Heritage, contemporary, it's all amazing! I love the netting on here and the anchor and stars; you say it all so eloquently!
This is wonderful! I love the photograph of the two of them -- I'm so happy you have it. The netting and anchor are perfect for this layout. Colors are perfect, I just love the whole thing here!

What perfect embellies you used; love the netting. You've created such a wonderful tribute, one to be cherished by generations to come! Love that marvelous photo also!
What a great pic, and look at your FIL attitude, he seems like a real charmer (he's got some James Dean going on ...) a bit of a bad boy, even in his nice uniform! The LO is just gorgeous Shawn, I love everything about it, the title, the quote, the embellies you used, everything is just perfect! I especially like the look of the distressed paper you used to mat this pic.
Hi Shawn!!! How GORGEOUS!!! I love how you've paid tribute to your FIL in this LO.....Love the fishnet, the distressing, the elegance.....well, just EVERYTHING about this one.....You rocked it! WCSG forever"!!!!
Oh, Shawn...you never fail to make me ooo and awwww when I see your creations. This is fabulous...what a lovely keepsake and tribute. My Dad was a Navy man as well....my Mom gave me his uniform after he passed away. I have it in my cedar chest! The Navy emblem...the JFK quote (awesome)...love the anchor and net...but the title....that really does say it all! Just beautiful work, WCSG. Hugs, Me

This is a photo of my dear late Father in Law with his brother circa 1945. (he is on the rt). He was a man of integrity, honesty, and good humor. The quote is, "Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country". JFKennedy
I used; Creative Imaginations, Just Corina, K& Co, Bazzill label maker netting ink metal frame for quote anchor, stars and US Navy emblem are on pop dots
TFL~ The BG paper is striped, though it is hard to see.
