This is the second page of my LO for the December BOM Challenge: Christmas Past. The tree is covered in crystal glitter reminiscent of the sugary look of the gumdrop ornaments. The edges of the tree are inked with a pale pink fluid chalk. Inside the petal envelope are more photos of the tree and a photo of me and my best cousin in front of the tree with our new Christmas dollies.

Journaling reads:
Even though I was very young when my Granny and Papaw put this tree up for Christmas, I remember it well. I was about 3 years old when I first saw this tree. Granny called it the Candy Gumdrop Tree. I had never seen an all white Christmas tree and I loved the ornaments. They were all shades of pink and white and looked like they were made from gumdrops. Covering each ornament was also a glitter that looked exactly like sugar. There were Santa boots & sleighs, gingerbread boys & girls, and baskets filled with gumdrops. Even the tree topper looked like it was made from gumdrops. But best of all was the wonderful Christmas goodies that always appeared under this tree!
