I had surgery when my youngest son was just 3 months old. I planned on staying in the hospital for 3 days and my husband was a little apprehensive about the whole situation! I jotted down some notes on the important things, like changing diapers, heating up bottles, and giving the baby a bath. I left my 6 year old and 9 year old sons in charge of making sure that daddy followed my notes exactly. It was an interesting 3 days, but my boys did a great job!
