This is a paperbag album with a matchbook cover that I made from Kathy Files' instructional video at http://paperphenomenon.blogspot.com. I couldn't believe how fast I was able to put this together. That's a removable band on the "front" photo. She also gives instructions on how to make the pockets using cardstock if you don't want to use/don't have access to the bags.
