This is another page for my cousin's 80th birthday album, from a news article when he was 4. My friend & member, erjaan, wrote the poem for it--THANKS, Kate! Here is the poem--

The Boy in Tweed

A little boy's eyes,
The eyes of a son.
They seem to be focused
On candy and fun.
But deep in the child
Where futures do lurk
Is a seedling of talent
For photography and work.

The child in the photo
Will one fine day be
The Man with the camera
And the vision to see.
So grow little boy
In your hat and your tweed;
Your future awaits
And it's special indeed.
-- Kate Crilly 5/06

My handwriting along the side says:
After I found this 3-15-30 article, my friend, Kate, wrote the poem for this page. Happy Birthday. Love, Judith

The wavy phrase at the bottom of the page reads:
"The strongest memory is weaker than the palest ink. --unknown"
